→ Dairy
01 - 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)
→ Fruit
02 - 1 cup mixed seasonal fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, peaches, kiwi), chopped
→ Grains & Sweeteners
03 - 1/2 cup granola
04 - 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Wash, peel, and chop the mixed seasonal fruit as needed.
02 - Spoon 1/4 cup of yogurt into the bottom of two clear glasses or jars.
03 - Add a layer of fruit followed by a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
04 - Repeat layering with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola, finishing with fruit and a sprinkle of granola on top.
05 - Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the parfaits if desired, then serve immediately.
