# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 480°F or the highest setting. Place a pizza stone in the oven if available.
02 - On a lightly floured work surface, stretch or roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or peel.
03 - Combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until evenly blended.
04 - Spread the crème fraîche sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
05 - Distribute shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce. Arrange sliced dill pickles and red onion on top.
06 - Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
07 - Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve immediately.
