02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, optional
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, optional, or substitute with nutritional yeast for vegan
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta and cook until just al dente. Drain using a colander and pat dry thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel.
03 - Transfer pasta to a mixing bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, chili flakes if desired, sea salt, ground black pepper, and either Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast. Toss until pasta is evenly coated.
04 - Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake in the oven for 18 to 22 minutes, tossing halfway through, until pasta is golden and crisp.
