12 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
13 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small mixing bowl, stir together granulated sugar, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon if using, and salt until thoroughly combined.
03 - Brush both sides of each tortilla evenly with melted butter. Sprinkle the cocoa-sugar mixture uniformly over both surfaces.
04 - Stack the prepared tortillas and slice them into 8 triangular wedges per tortilla. Arrange chips in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.
05 - Bake chips for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through until crisp and aromatic. Cool chips completely on the baking sheet.
06 - Combine strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, and apple in a medium bowl. Pour fresh lime juice and honey or maple syrup over fruit. Add chopped mint if preferred. Gently toss until salsa is well mixed.
07 - Arrange chocolate chips on a platter and pair with fruit salsa for dipping.
