01 - 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)
02 - 2 cups cooked, sliced or shredded chicken breast
03 - 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
04 - 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
05 - 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 cup crushed croutons
07 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste (optional)
08 - Lemon wedge (optional, for serving)
# Directions:
01 - Combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken breast, grated Parmesan, and Caesar dressing in a mixing bowl. Gently toss until the ingredients are uniformly coated.
02 - Fold crushed croutons and a few grinds of black pepper, if desired, into the mixture. Mix until evenly distributed.
03 - Briefly warm flour tortillas in the microwave or in a dry skillet until pliable.
04 - Evenly divide the filling between the tortillas. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly to form wraps.
05 - Slice each wrap in half. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil for transport.
