# Components:

01 - 2 cups frozen pitted sweet cherries
02 - 1 medium ripe banana, sliced and frozen
03 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt alternative
04 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or preferred milk
05 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, plant-based or whey
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
08 - 1 teaspoon pure honey or maple syrup, optional

→ Toppings

09 - 1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
10 - 1/4 cup gluten-free granola or regular granola
11 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
12 - 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
13 - 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
14 - Fresh mint leaves, optional for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Add frozen cherries, frozen banana slices, yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey or maple syrup to a high-speed blender.
02 - Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
03 - Divide the blended mixture evenly into two serving bowls, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
04 - Arrange fresh cherries, granola, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and mint leaves on top of each bowl as desired.
