04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
11 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
12 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
→ Fries
13 - 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
14 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
15 - 1 teaspoon salt
16 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
17 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss potato fries with vegetable oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Spread the fries evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp.
03 - Pat the sirloin steak cubes thoroughly dry using paper towels to ensure browning during searing.
04 - Combine Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, ground black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Toss steak cubes in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
05 - Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in a single layer for 1 to 2 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness; work in batches if necessary.
06 - Reduce heat to low and add unsalted butter to the skillet. Toss steak bites until evenly coated and glossy.
07 - Remove steak bites from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
08 - Plate hot steak bites alongside crispy fries and serve immediately.
