# Components:

01 - 1 pound ground turkey
02 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
03 - 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

→ Sauce

06 - 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
07 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
10 - 1 tablespoon honey
11 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
12 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
13 - 1/4 cup water

→ Vegetables & Garnishes

14 - 1 large head butter lettuce or Bibb lettuce, leaves separated
15 - 2 medium carrots, julienned
16 - 1 small red bell pepper, julienned
17 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
18 - 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
19 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
20 - Lime wedges, for serving

# Directions:

01 - Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and water in a small bowl until fully blended and smooth. Set aside.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
03 - Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add ground turkey to the skillet. Break it apart with a spoon and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the meat is evenly browned and cooked through.
05 - Pour prepared peanut sauce over the turkey mixture. Stir to combine thoroughly and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.
06 - Spoon the warm turkey filling into the separated lettuce leaves, ensuring even distribution.
07 - Garnish wraps with julienned carrots, bell pepper, chopped cilantro, roasted peanuts, and sliced green onions. Squeeze fresh lime wedges over the top before serving.
