01 - In a large mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper until just incorporated.
02 - Divide turkey mixture into four equal portions and form into uniform patties.
03 - Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high and lightly oil the surface prior to cooking.
04 - Grill or pan-cook patties 5 to 6 minutes per side until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F.
05 - In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha. Gradually blend in warm water until the sauce reaches a smooth and pourable consistency.
