# Components:

→ Gelatin Layer

01 - 2 boxes (each 3 oz) blue raspberry gelatin mix
02 - 2 cups boiling water
03 - 2 cups cold water

→ Snow & Decorations

04 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
05 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
06 - 1/2 cup assorted holiday sprinkles or candy snowflakes
07 - 8 clear plastic cups (6 to 8 oz each)

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Whipped cream, for garnish
09 - Gummy candies (bears, penguins, etc.), for decoration

# Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the blue raspberry gelatin powder in boiling water. Stir continuously for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
02 - Add the cold water to the mixture and stir to combine evenly.
03 - Pour the gelatin mixture evenly into the plastic cups, filling each about halfway.
04 - Place the cups in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour, until the gelatin is slightly set but still not firm.
05 - Gently press mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips into the gelatin to create a snow effect. Sprinkle candy snowflakes or holiday sprinkles on top for decoration.
06 - Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours until fully set.
07 - Just prior to serving, top each cup with whipped cream and garnish with gummy candies if desired.
