01 - 16 large fresh strawberries, hulled
02 - 16 seedless red grapes

→ Cheese

03 - 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 cubes (approximately 0.8 inch each)

→ Garnish

04 - 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese

→ Serving

05 - Fresh mint leaves (optional for decoration)

# Directions:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries and grapes.
02 - Slice the stem end off each strawberry to create a flat base.
03 - Thread one mozzarella cube onto a small skewer or toothpick.
04 - Place a strawberry, flat side down, on top of the cheese cube.
05 - Place a grape on top of the strawberry to form the pom-pom of the Santa hat.
06 - Pipe a small dot of cream cheese on top of each grape to resemble the hat’s pom-pom.
07 - Arrange the completed Santa hats on a serving platter and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
08 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
