# Components:
→ Pretzel Bites
01 - 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
02 - 24 small cubes (approximately 0.4 inch each) cream cheese (or cheddar cheese, optional)
03 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
04 - 2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt
→ Decoration
05 - 24 small round red candies (such as mini cherry tomatoes, red M&Ms, or pomegranate seeds as a healthier alternative)
06 - 48 mini pretzel twists (for antlers)
07 - 24 mini chocolate chips or edible candy eyes
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Divide the dough into 24 equal parts. Flatten each piece into a small disc.
03 - Place a cube of cheese in the center of each disc, pinch the dough edges to seal completely, and roll into a smooth ball.
04 - Place each dough ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse kosher salt.
05 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Remove from oven and allow pretzel bites to cool for several minutes before decorating.
07 - Press two mini pretzel twists into the top sides of each bite to form antlers.
08 - Affix a red candy to the front of each bite as the red nose, using a small amount of cream cheese or melted chocolate as adhesive if necessary.
09 - Place two mini chocolate chips or edible candy eyes above each nose to complete the look.
