# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like dessert disguised as fitness fuel, so you actually look forward to your protein intake.
  • Five minutes from thought to gulp means you can make it on mornings when patience isn't an option.
  • The texture is genuinely creamy without any of that chalky protein shake aftertaste lingering in your mouth.
02 -
  • Stir, don't automatically reach for the blender—blending creates tiny ice fragments that water everything down faster than you'd think, but stirring gives you that creamy texture without the meltdown.
  • The ratio of coffee to protein shake is everything, and it changes depending on the brand you use—some protein shakes are thinner, some taste stronger, so adjust until it feels right to your palate rather than following the amounts exactly.
03 -
  • Make cold brew in big batches and keep it in a jar in your fridge—it lasts almost two weeks and turns ordinary mornings into something you can actually look forward to.
  • If the protein shake is your weak point and you hate the flavor you're using, swap it out; the drink is only as good as the ingredients you actually enjoy.
