01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (approximately 1 medium pineapple, peeled and cored)
02 - 1 cup coconut water
03 - 1 cup cold water
04 - 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (2–3 limes)
05 - 1/4 cup canned coconut milk, well stirred

→ Sweetener

06 - 2–3 tablespoons agave syrup (substitute honey if not vegan)

→ Garnish

07 - Pineapple wedges for serving
08 - Lime slices for serving
09 - Fresh mint leaves for serving

01 - Place the pineapple chunks, coconut water, cold water, lime juice, coconut milk and agave syrup into a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and homogenous, about 30–60 seconds depending on blender power.
03 - Sample and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more agave syrup or lime juice to taste.
04 - For an extra-smooth finish, pour the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing gently to extract the puree.
05 - Refrigerate the pitcher for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors, or serve immediately over ice for a cold beverage.
06 - Divide into glasses, garnish with pineapple wedges, lime slices and mint leaves, and serve chilled.
