# Directions:

01 - Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into flat patties approximately 2 1/2 to 3 inches wide.
02 - Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Place patties onto the hot surface and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until desired doneness is achieved. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute to allow it to melt.
03 - Spread a light layer of butter or oil onto the cut sides of the buns. Place buns, cut-side down, in the skillet or on the grill and toast until golden brown.
04 - Layer lettuce on each bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, pickles if using, and preferred condiments. Cap each slider with the top bun.
05 - Serve immediately while the cheese is melted and the patties are hot.
