# Directions:
01 - Pulse raw pecans and rolled oats in a food processor until finely ground.
02 - Add pitted dates, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Process until the mixture is sticky and forms a cohesive mass.
03 - If using mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate, pulse into the mixture just until combined.
04 - Scoop out 1-tablespoon portions and roll between your palms to form smooth balls.
