01 - Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and thoroughly pat them dry with paper towels.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine honey, low-sodium soy sauce, and minced garlic until well blended.
03 - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4 minutes or until the skin is golden and crisp.
04 - Flip the fillets gently, brush half of the glaze over the tops, and continue to cook for another 3–4 minutes or until the salmon is just cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
05 - Drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon fillets. Garnish with freshly chopped green onions right before serving.
