04 - 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

07 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

11 - 1/2 cup sour cream
12 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
13 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
14 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
15 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
16 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
17 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
18 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
19 - Salt and pepper, to taste
# Directions:
01 - Heat oven to 425°F, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and lightly coat with cooking spray.
02 - Boil a large pot of salted water. Blanch green beans for 2 minutes, then drain and transfer immediately to ice water. Pat beans dry thoroughly.
03 - Whisk eggs and milk together in a shallow bowl until evenly blended.
04 - In a separate shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
05 - Dip green beans in the egg mixture in batches, then coat evenly with breadcrumb mixture. Arrange beans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Lightly mist coated green beans with cooking spray. Bake for 15–20 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
07 - Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, dill, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until smooth, then adjust seasoning to taste.
08 - Transfer green bean fries to a platter and serve hot with ranch dip on the side.
