01 - Heat a large deep skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain excess fat as needed.
02 - Add diced onion, red bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet; cook for 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
03 - Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard, coating the meat and vegetables evenly.
04 - Add chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper; blend to combine all flavors.
05 - Pour in diced tomatoes with juices, kidney beans, uncooked elbow macaroni, and beef broth; stir well and bring to a boil.
06 - Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer gently for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed.
