02 - 2 large Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples, peeled, cored, and diced

04 - 1/2 cup whole milk
05 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
06 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
07 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
09 - Pinch of salt
→ Caramel Sauce
10 - 1/2 cup store-bought or homemade caramel sauce, plus more for serving
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
02 - Open cinnamon roll cans, reserve icing, and slice each roll into four pieces.
03 - Evenly distribute cinnamon roll quarters and diced apples in the baking dish.
04 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
05 - Pour custard mixture evenly over cinnamon rolls and apples. Toss gently to ensure coating.
06 - Drizzle 1/2 cup caramel sauce over assembled ingredients.
07 - Place dish in oven and bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and set.
08 - Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Top with reserved icing and extra caramel sauce before serving.
