- After 15 minutes add the shrimp and bell pepper to the baking sheet Drizzle melted butter over everything
- Step 6:
- Roast for another 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and potatoes are fork-tender
- Step 7:
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges
