# Directions:
01 - Boil pasta in generously salted water following package directions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium and cook sliced andouille sausage for 3 to 4 minutes until evenly browned. Transfer sausage to a plate.
03 - In the same skillet, melt the unsalted butter. Add chopped onion and sliced red bell pepper; sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are tender. Incorporate minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add shrimp and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
05 - Pour in chicken broth, scraping any browned bits from the pan. Stir in heavy cream and remaining Cajun seasoning; bring mixture to a gentle simmer.
06 - Add grated Parmesan cheese; stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper.
