05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
→ Caesar Salad
07 - 1 small head romaine lettuce, shredded
08 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
09 - 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
10 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

→ Smash Tacos
12 - 8 small flour tortillas
13 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
14 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
15 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
16 - 1 lemon, cut into wedges
# Directions:
01 - Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Coat with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
02 - In a large bowl, toss shredded romaine with Caesar dressing, 3 tablespoons parmesan, cherry tomatoes, and optional parsley. Refrigerate until ready to use.
03 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil. Place a tortilla in the skillet and press firmly using a spatula or heavy pan until golden and crisp, about 1 to 2 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
04 - Top each crisped tortilla with sliced chicken and a generous spoonful of Caesar salad. Add extra parmesan cheese and a sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper.
05 - Arrange assembled tacos on plates and serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
