# Directions:
01 - Toast the slices of bread using a toaster or grill pan until golden brown and crisp.
02 - Combine ube halaya with softened cream cheese in a small bowl. Mix until fully blended and smooth.
03 - In another bowl, mash the avocado together with lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and black pepper until creamy.
04 - Evenly spread the ube cream cheese mixture over two pieces of toast, and the mashed avocado mixture over the remaining two.
