04 - Warm a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.
05 - Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form and edges set.
06 - Turn pancakes carefully and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
