# Components:
→ Pasta
01 - 250 grams (9 oz) short pasta (e.g., penne, rigatoni, or farfalle)
→ Seasoning
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 50 grams (½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
→ Dipping Sauce (Optional)
09 - 120 ml (½ cup) marinara sauce
# Directions:
01 - Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook pasta until al dente, approximately 1–2 minutes less than package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to halt the cooking.
02 - Transfer cooked pasta to a large mixing bowl. Incorporate olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to ensure even coating.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
04 - Arrange the seasoned pasta in a single layer within the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
05 - Air fry for 10–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta achieves a golden hue and becomes crispy.
06 - Remove the pasta chips from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving. Offer with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
